How do I pay?
No payment is taken online and no deposit is needed. You pay on the day in cash — euros or dirhams are both fine.
What if I need to cancel or change the date?
Just message us. There's no charge to cancel or move your booking — we'd only ask that you let us know as early as you can.
What languages do the guides speak?
All our guides speak English and most also speak French. Booking and any questions are handled in English.
How quickly is a booking confirmed?
We reply to every request within 24 hours by email or WhatsApp. Your booking is confirmed once you've heard back from us.
